Event Ticketing Manager

We're looking for an Event Ticketing Manager to join the Ticketing team at The O2, who are responsible for selling tickets for our events.

What you'll be doing:  

  • Managing the full ticketing event cycle for your individual roster of shows. From manifest through to on sale and event day requirements to include ticketing settlement
  • Be responsible for the movement of ticketing inventory between internal venue allocations and external 3rd party allocation to retain required venue sell through percentage.
  • Monitoring of ticket sales and ensure these are maximised at all times for both on and off manifested inventory
  • Liaising with Promoter ticketing departments and event organisers to ensure all their ticketing requirements are met.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Someone with relevant experience in Ticketing in one of the following: Account Management or Client Services Manager or Ticketing Manager or Box Office role.
  • Someone with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of ticketing systems and processes
  • Someone with experience of working for another venue, ticket agent or for a Leading Concert Promoter
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times and welcome flexible working conversations. We work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week. This role will include working some evenings and weekends.
