Top tips for starting an Employee Resource Network
Mike Sealy, chair of the cross association DEI working group has shared his tips on creating and running an Employee Resource Network.
These networks can be a powerful way to support different communities within your organisation including LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse and employees with disabilities, giving them tools to thrive.
IT Governance
The cross association technology working group has created guidance to help make a significant improvement to your businesses’ IT Governance without the need for large investment, external consultants or a seismic shift in the way your company operates.
Recommendations are graded bronze, silver and gold.

Salary Survey - 2023
AEV partner XpertHR® conducted a salary survey for AEV UK members to explore the earnings of certain roles across the sector, at different levels of seniority.
In total 12 responses were received between July and September 2023. The full report is available to those venues who completed the survey.
Relevant roles from other sectors, including hotels and leisure and security and facilities are shown as a comparison.
