AEV publishes eGuide 2024 edition

The Association of Event Venues (AEV) has published the 2024 edition of the eGuide.

First issued in 2007, the eGuide is an event industry-specific guide incorporating a wide range of topics related to event operation and management and an essential resource for UK venue, organiser, exhibitor and supplier companies. 

The eGuide is updated annually ensuring accurate and current information and this year’s edition includes revisions across sixteen sections, from working at height, risk assessment and filming, television and recording to crowd management and catering to name a few.

Michelle Baldwin, head of events, the NEC Group and chair of the AEV eGuide working group said, “It's great to release the 2024 e-Guide. It's wonderful to work with different venues drawing upon everyone’s industry skills, knowledge and guidance to make sure we are meeting the latest regulations.”

The 2024 eGuide is now available via the AEV website, offering a version with highlighted changes and the option to download five sections independently for added convenience.
